Wanting to return your item?
We want to make sure that you’re happy with your item(s), so we will gladly exchange or refund your item(s) if you change your mind. In order to do so we need:
- Item(s) unworn and in re-sellable condition.
- Item(s) unwashed/unaltered with original tags.
- Item(s) are returned and received within 30 days of your original order date.
Once your item(s) have been received, we aim to process your return within 2-3 business days. Please allow 14 business days for a refund to be received into your bank account.
Returns postage costs will be at your own expense.
If the item(s) you wish to return is faulty or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, before returning the item(s)
Please note; exchanges are only available as long as the new items are of the same or lesser value of the original item purchased.
