- 2 garlic cloves
- 100g peas
- 100g edamame beans
- 50g sunflower seeds or pine nuts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- handful of fresh basil
- 2 tbsp rapeseeds oil
- Finely chop the garlic cloves
- Add the garlic, peas, edamame, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, oil and basil to a food processor or blender (if you use a blender you may need to use more oil)
- blend until required consistency.
