What are the delivery timescales?

Standard Delivery UK: Delivery usually takes up to 3-4 working days.

Fast Track Delivery UK : Delivery before 1pm usually takes 1-2 days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland: Delivery usually takes up to 5-7 working days.

Delivery to Eire: Deliveries usually takes up to 8 working days.

Delivery to EU countries: Deliveries usually takes up to 8 working days.

Delivery to America + Canada: Deliveries usually take up to 12 working days.

Delivery to Rest of World: Deliveries usually take up to 12 working days.

We aim to dispatch your order within a maximum of 1 working day, but please allow up to 3 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

What is your Returns Policy?

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us in original and unworn condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

How do I return an item?

You may choose to return any items purchased online to the address below:

We advise you to send your items back via a recorded post service and get a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach our Returns Department. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post.

Please don't forget to complete your returns form and details of the refund or exchange you require. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We can only refund back to the original payment method or the card originally used for payment. Please tell us why you are returning your item(s) to help us to improve our service and goods in the future.
