RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense).

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The articles must be returned undamaged and unworn with their labels attached.

  

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The articles must be returned undamaged and unworn with their labels attached. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a completed Returns form with the exchange section completed.

  

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.

UK RETURNS

To return your order, please download and fill in the online return form and include it with proof of purchase in the package you wish to return.

 

EU + INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For EU and International returns you will need to fill in the online return form and pay for return postage. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your package clearly as ‘DISHONOR Returns Department’ to avoid delays at Customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange.

We will process your return within 7 working days upon receipt of your order. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When returning your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dishonorlondon.com. 

 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

All items are quality control checked and re checked prior to shipping. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
