All our processes and procedures are totally Covid Secure, and we have made all necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of our customers and our team.


We have made some important changes to improve the safety for our whole team which do not slow down the dispatch process. As always, our main focus is to offer outstanding customer service, quality sustainable sportswear and fast carbon neutral delivery. 

As soon as your order is placed it will be securely checked, packaged and safely dispatched. You will then receive confirmation of shipping and Hermes tracking via email.

All deliveries will be made by Hermes who have improved their contact free delivery process. You will not be asked to sign the handheld device and the drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.



Our customer service department is fully operational, and we aim to respond to all online chat and email enquiries within usual Business hours.

Our phone lines are open, and we are operating a call back service. Please leave us a message with your name, number and we will call you back as fast as possible. Usually within half an hour during our Business hours of 10am to 5pm.
