Serves 4-6

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100g peas
  • 100g edamame beans
  • 50g sunflower seeds or pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • handful of fresh basil 
  • 2 tbsp rapeseeds oil



  1. Finely chop the garlic cloves
  2. Add the garlic, peas, edamame, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, oil and basil to a food processor or blender (if you use a blender you may need to use more oil)
  3. blend until required consistency.
