SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed between Monday to Friday will be despatched within 48hrs (excluding bank holidays) and orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be on the following Monday or Tuesday.

DUTIES & TAXES.

If your order is being shipped to a country outside the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied when it reaches your destination. Any applicable duties/taxes must be settled by the recipient to release your order from Customs. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.

Return & Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 28 days of receipt (own expense).

The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached.

  

UK Returns.

To return your order, please fill in the complete return form you have received with your order and include it in the package you wish to return.

 

EU and International Returns.

For EU and International returns you will need to fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order and pay for return postage. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card or method you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.

 

We’ll process your return within 7 working days upon receipt of your order. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.

 

 

Quality Guarantee.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
